Claude for the owner's week

Six jobs you do every week, each done with Claude in under ten minutes. No setup, no jargon, a Claude account and nothing else.

This is for the owner who has heard plenty about AI and not yet used it on anything that mattered. Every lesson starts from a job already on your desk: the call you just came off, the email you keep putting off, the forty-page document nobody has read.

Each one takes five to ten minutes, and you do the job for real as you go. There are no connectors to set up and nothing to install. A Claude account is enough.

The last module is a two-week trial. You pick the job that saved you the most, run it every day for a fortnight, and score the result, so the course ends with something running rather than something tried once.

What you come out with

By the end of this course

Written forOwners and MDs of firms of 20 to 200 people who want the admin off their own desk, and have not yet used Claude on real work.

  • Turn a call, a site visit or a voicemail into a list of actions with an owner against each

  • Draft the awkward email in your own tone, in three versions, and send the right one

  • Get the points that matter out of a tender, a contract or a set of supplier terms

  • Prepare for tomorrow's meeting from last time's notes in a few minutes

  • Have one of these jobs running every week, scored against a fortnight of real use
