Refunds
When you can have your money back, how long it takes, and what we ask in return.
Last updated October 2026 · Aquilon Tech Ltd, Birmingham
The short version
If a paid course is not what you expected, email hello@aquilontech.com within 30 days of buying it and we will refund you in full.
You do not have to justify it. Telling us what was wrong helps us fix the course, but it is not a condition.
Why we can offer that
Every syllabus is public before you pay: every module, every lesson, what it covers, how long it takes. There are free courses that show you exactly how we teach, and their first lessons open without an account.
Somebody who has looked at all of that and still finds the course is not for them has a fair point, and we would rather refund them than argue.
After 30 days
Write to us anyway. If something has gone wrong on our side, the date is not the deciding factor.
Where a course was mis-sold, unavailable for a long period, or materially different from its published syllabus, we will put it right regardless of when you bought it.
How to ask
Email hello@aquilontech.com from the address on the account, saying which course. That is the whole process.
We will confirm within two working days. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and usually lands within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
What happens to your access
Access to that course ends when the refund is issued. Your progress and anything you sent in stay on your account, in case you buy it again. Your account, and anything else you have bought, stays as it is.
Working documents you have already downloaded are yours to keep. We are not going to ask for a spreadsheet back.
Your statutory rights
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, the law gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content.
Our 30-day refund covers those 14 days and goes beyond them, whether or not you have started the course, so you lose nothing by starting straight away.
